We do not have any minimum amount of products you can purchase or minimum quantity. We also do not impose any minimum order fee. Our processing time is 4 days, we usually ship within that 4th day. (2) In order to be fair to all customers due to the kind of business we are in, which is supplying raw materials for your cosmetic and soap creations, we do not accept products back after it has been shipped to avoid a compromised product and fraud. There have been incidents where people buy expensive products remove some and ship back the diluted remainder which is not fair to us or the next customer. So all sales are final, no exceptions. If your products are damaged notify us within 24 hours and notify the shipper immediately so we can replace your damaged goods. (3) You have 24 hours to cancel your orders, once shipped, we will not accept it back., see number two above (4) For paypal customers we only ship to confirmed addresses, no exceptions, this is to combat internet fraud. This also applies to any communications between us and you.
